Omaka Aerodrome and Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre

Aerodrome Road (off New Renwick Road), Omaka, Marlborough
Omaka, Nelson/Marlborough
Not to be missed if you are in Marlborough and indeed a reason to visit Marlborough if wine is low on your priorities the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre is probably the world's best display of World War 1 Aircraft.

The Red Baron's famous fall out of the skies above the Somme is depicted in fabulous detail.

The quality of the presentation is due to the involvement of Peter Jackson and his Weta workshop.

The Exhibition a family attraction, is open 7 days a week from 10am until 4pm and the Classic Fighters Airshow takes place at Easter.
